The Holiday Story

We inaugurated our 65th anniversary in December by sponsoring the Ulster County Regional Chamber of Commerce holiday mixer at Ole Savannah Southern Table & Bar to salute RUPCO, the region’s housing and community development agency with a special focus on senior apartment residents. The family-owned insurance business was established in December 1958 by Robert J. Ryan.

Guests signed greeting cards and made notes of cheer to RUPCO seniors — many of whom have no family close by. Guests contributed funds toward the purchase of gifts that were given at RUPCO’s Magic of the Season holiday breakfasts.

We are honored to be part of this community. Community has become the focus of our business. Together we meet needs as they arise. Thus, the theme of our 65th anniversary celebration: We all do well by doing good.
