Hotel Kinsley, December’s Client of the Month, is a hotel and restaurant owned by partners Charles Blaichman, Michael Barry, Scott Shnay, and Taavo Somer, located at 301 Wall Street in Kingston. Originally built in the 1860s and formerly the home of the New York State Bank, the restored property, which opened in June 2019, is now comprised of 11 guest rooms that span across two floors, with Restaurant Kinsley located on the main floor.

Downstairs, you’ll find the spacious yet intimate Restaurant Kinsley, which features a locally sourced New American menu “designed around the harvest of regional farmers.” The restaurant offers dinner service seven nights a week, Sunday – Thursday from 5pm-9pm, and Friday and Saturday from 5pm-10pm. Brunch is also served on weekends from 11:30am-2:30pm.
Hotel Kinsley has been insured by Ryan & Ryan Insurance Brokers since opening its doors six months ago. When asked why they chose R&R as their insurance agency, the partners responded by stating:

Since opening in June, Hotel Kinsley shared that they have been overwhelmed by the support from the Kingston and greater Hudson Valley community.
