The Irish Cultural Center of the Hudson Valley (ICCHV) is a vibrant nonprofit dedicated to celebrating and preserving Irish-American culture right here in the Hudson Valley. Since its founding, the Center has worked to promote Irish heritage through music, language, dance, storytelling, and community engagement—creating opportunities for locals and visitors to connect with a rich cultural legacy.
With plans for a permanent home at 290 East Strand in Kingston, the Center is working to create a warm and welcoming destination where literature, music, Gaelic language, dance, storytelling, and history will be embraced and nurtured for generations to come. In the meantime, ICCHV continues to host a wide range of programs including Gaelic language classes, traditional music instruction, and beloved community events such as the Shamrock Run (coming up on March 15th!) and Hooley on the Hudson—all with the goal of keeping Irish traditions alive for future generations.
