January Client of the Month: CoWork Kingston

CoWork KingstonCoWork Kingston, January’s Client of the Month, is a modern, industrial co-working space located in the historic Stockade district of uptown Kingston. Owned and operated by Judy and Don Tallerman, CoWork Kingston is a “calm, quiet, comfortable environment where you can set up your own space and do your best work.”

Judy and Don fell in love with the 100 year old industrial building at 8 North Front Street when purchasing it 10 years ago. It had a “raw, timeless beauty” that just needed “some vision, good contractors, elbow grease, and a healthy renovation budget.” While Judy and Don are the owners, day to day operations are overseen by Melanie Cozzolino, Community Manager. She ensures that CoWork is a warm, welcoming, professional, and fun environment to work.

CoWork Kingston is a place where people come to get work done while making connections with other professionals. Their membership includes entrepreneurs, remote workers, and parents who need a place to work while their kids are at school (or camp in the summer). It’s a great way for people to meet other like-minded professionals and possibly even collaborate.

CoWork Kingston Space - 3

CoWork Kingston has been insured by Ryan & Ryan Insurance Brokers since December 2022. When asked why they chose R&R as their insurance agency, Melanie responded by stating:

“Ryan & Ryan is dedicated to the local community. And so is CoWork Kingston.”

Melanie went on to add:

“As part of our mission, we support and partner locally when we can. From locally sourced goods and being a host location for events and small business gatherings, to featuring local artists and working with local business whenever we can. We love the community the space has helped to create and are proud to be part of the Kingston community as a whole.”
