At Ryan & Ryan Insurance, we believe milestones are meant to be celebrated. This month we’re proud to recognize a special group of graduates who have a close connection to our team.
As several members of the Ryan & Ryan family prepare to cheer on their children and grandchildren as they cross the graduation stage, we wanted to take a moment to celebrate their accomplishments and the exciting journeys ahead. From academic achievements and athletic success to leadership, dedication, and personal growth, these graduates have much to be proud of as they begin their next chapter.
Lucas Dippel
Grandson of Ann Dippel, Customer Service Representative
Lucas Dippel is graduating from Saugerties High School and will attend SUNY Oneonta this fall.
His grandmother, Ann Dippel, shared that one of the moments that made her most proud was Lucas’s commitment to balancing athletics and academics throughout high school. While dedicating himself to sports, he also maintained honor student status all four years.
Beyond his accomplishments, Ann admires Lucas for the way he treats others. She describes him as kind, loyal, and someone who values his relationships with friends, family, and teammates.
As Lucas prepares to begin his college experience at SUNY Oneonta, Ann is excited to watch him embrace this next chapter and wishes him continued success and, above all, happiness.
Aidan Gruner
Son of Dan Gruner, Account Executive
Aidan Gruner is graduating from Kingston High School and will attend Russell Sage College this fall.
One of Aidan’s standout moments came during his senior lacrosse season when he scored his 100th career point. However, his father, Dan Gruner, says he is even more proud of the leadership Aidan demonstrated throughout the year. Serving as a mentor to younger players on the team—affectionately nicknamed the “Tiny Tigers”—Aidan helped create a positive and supportive environment for the next generation of athletes.
Dan describes Aidan as someone whose drive, wisdom, and authenticity make him stand out. In fact, one friend recently referred to him as the unofficial mayor of Kingston High School, a reflection of the impact he has had on those around him.
Looking ahead, Dan is excited to watch Aidan continue to grow over the next four years and is confident he will seize every opportunity that comes his way.
Alivia Gambino
Daughter of Kerri Letersky, Account Manager/Supervisor
Alivia Gambino is graduating from Kingston High School and will attend Wagner College this fall, where she will continue her academic career while competing in Division I lacrosse.
According to her mother, Kerri Letersky, one of Alivia’s greatest accomplishments has been maintaining a strong focus on academics while balancing the demands of being a multi-sport varsity athlete.
Kerri describes Alivia as kind, family-oriented, and goal-driven—qualities that have helped shape her success both on and off the field.
As Alivia prepares for college, her family is excited to watch her continue to grow, pursue her educational goals, and compete at the next level as a student-athlete.
Kolby Jackson
Son of Kristin Bradley, Account Executive
Kolby Jackson is graduating from Our Lady of Lourdes High School and will attend the University at Albany this fall.
Kristin Bradley shared that Kolby has made his family proud every day through the way he approached his high school years. She admired his determination, open-mindedness, and ability to navigate challenges with a calmness and kindness that speaks to his character. His family is confident that the success he achieved in high school will continue as he begins his college journey.
Kristin describes Kolby as kind, smart, funny, and hardworking. His positive attitude and warm personality leave a lasting impression on those around him, and she says his smile has a way of lighting up any room.
As Kolby prepares to begin this exciting new chapter at the University at Albany, his family looks forward to watching him continue to grow, pursue new opportunities, and build upon the strong foundation he has already established.
Looking Ahead
On behalf of everyone at Ryan & Ryan Insurance, congratulations to Lucas, Aidan, Alivia, Kolby, and all members of the Class of 2026.
The future is bright, and we look forward to seeing all they accomplish in the years ahead!
