If you’ve stopped by Ryan & Ryan Insurance lately, you might have noticed something new—we’ve moved! But don’t worry, we didn’t go far. You’ll now find us just across the parking lot at 95 Schwenk Drive in Kingston, in a space that’s bigger, brighter, and ready for the future.
“We’ve been growing and simply needed more space,” says owner Bob Ryan. “We went from 2,700 to 4,000 square feet, which gives us room to keep expanding and better serve our clients.”
While many competitors are shifting toward remote operations, Ryan & Ryan is taking a different approach.
“We’re doubling down on in-office employees and customer support,” Bob explains. “We believe that being here, together, allows us to deliver a better customer experience—and if you look at our Google reviews, it’s clear our clients feel that difference.”
The new office comes with plenty of perks: a larger conference room, more parking, great natural light, a full kitchen, and (for the team’s sake) much better storage. “Clients have already commented that it feels like a nicer, more welcoming experience,” Bob adds.
Staying rooted in Kingston is deeply personal for Bob. “I’m a fifth-generation Kingston resident,” he said.
“This community has been very good to our family, and we do our best to give back. Most of our staff live within 15 minutes of the office. We love being able to walk to the Kingston Plaza and Uptown. The visibility, parking, and access here are all great.”
And for Bob, there’s a nostalgic twist to the move: “I actually worked in this same building from 1989 to 2001,” he said. “So in a way, it feels like coming back home.”
