Ulster Excavating and Trucking, October’s Client of the Month, provides a range of site work services, including site preparation, septic, water, sewer, paving, snowplowing, sanding, demolition, and concrete work. The family run business is owned by Lorraine Organtini, President, and her husband Vincent Sr. and their sons Vincent Jr. and Vincent III, all three the backbone of the company.
Ulster Excavating and Trucking started in 1988, when Vincent Jr. decided he wanted to be in the construction business while he was in high school. So Vincent Sr. retired from his job and started up the business, now run by the entire family.
The company has been insured by Ryan & Ryan Insurance Brokers since September 2018. When asked why they chose R&R as the business’s insurance agency, Lorraine responded by stating:
“Because of their great reputation and the fact that they are a locally run business.”
